Analysis

Barack Obama tells Rick Warren what being a Christian means to him, but the Meter suggests a possible crisis of faith. Watch closely when Obama says he believes that Jesus Christ died for his sins, and remember that in all of U.S. history, voters have never elected a non-Christian president. Then tell us what you think about the depth of Obama's convictions.

Clearly Obama is saying what he thinks the audience wants to hear, despite not really believing it himself.

When do politicians not say what people want to hear? Tickling the ears of the naive is what gets these clowns elected. "You will know them by their fruits" and not their toots.

After hearing all his responses, I'm convinced he is just using the label Christian. Christians believe that accepting Jesus is the only way to heaven. Obama does not believe this. I don't believe 99% of what this man says.
